The New England Intercollegiate Vietnamese Student Association is a non-partisan, community-based organization that was founded in 1985 as a way to provide a safe space for students to network and celebrate Vietnamese culture after the Vietnam War. It obtained 501(c)(3) non-profit status in 2015. The organization provides a means for students and young professionals in the New England region to come together to network, share resources, and organize social, cultural, and educational events.
